Welcome to Gorge Pointe Condominiums

This gated community consists of 112 condominiums located in two buildings:

1083 Tillicum Road (Phase 1) was completed in 1993 and contains 66 condos on four above ground floors
1085 Tillicum Road (Phase 2) was completed in 1995 and contains 46 condos on four above ground floors

A gated underground parking complex provides one parking stall for each unit, guest and additional rentable parking stalls under each building, secure storage lockers for each condo, an exercise room, and a rentable social room with a patio overlooking the Gorge Pointe waterway. In addition, a dock area with overlooking gazebo is available for use by residents. Low cost moorage is available to owners. Only original owners are normally allowed to rent their units.

A full time onsite caretaker cares for daily operations of the complex and also oversees contracted cleaning staff who ensure that common property (entrances, lobbies, stairs, halls, etc) are kept clean. The caretaker's office can be reached at 250-381-4008.
